So for the last 2 or 3 months I've been trying to complete 1 project a weekend but usually it runs into 2 weekends. The heat has just been slowing me down! 85 to 100 degrees everyday with 60+ percent humidity is no joke, and the AC we put in the shop was undersized and burned itself out in a matter of weeks! Check out my videos and leave a Sub / Comment! I'd like to grow and do this full time.

Did tenons in the corners to give the legs lots of support. All boards were done from 2x4 pine with half laps on the ends.
Ordered the casters from Amazon, got 8 but only used 4 will find a new project for the others. All wood was repurposed from the old miter saw station. Plywood is 3/4" cut into 2'x2.
Cart height is determined by 2 factors, your work bench heights and more importantly your tool heights. Mine had to be a little taller than my work benches due to the height of the Rigid Planer. Tops are 2x6 framed with 3/4" 2'x2' for top / bottom.
You have 2 choices for the center rod that lets it flip, a wooden dowel 1.5" diameter or if you are like me and have extra metallic conduit laying around you can use it. Just remember the diameter of the conduit size is measured interior not exterior. I forgot that and made my holes to large!
This is the end product! Works great and freed up my folding work benches and some floor space as both tools fit on 1 cart! Keep in mind your dust port locations when attaching tools to the cart, almost centered the planer before I realized it would break off the plastic dust port!
