Floating mantle with hidden drawer for a rear cast projector. Could not find my original measurements but it was about 2ft L x 8ft W x 9" H. Soft close drawer, we ended up covering it in quarter inch pine at owners request. Drawer was weight tested with a 25lb dumbbell full extension. 

My dad wanted to replace an old family table, but they don't use it often and just wanted something quick, cheap and sturdy to replace it with that would be easy to maintain and clean. Red Oak Plywood with solid Red Oak sides. Plywood was used for supports underneath to firm up any potential sagging. End product was sealed before delivery where we removed and reused the legs on the old table.

Sanded and cleaned sun damaged / faded solid wood doubles doors then applied a new coat of outdoor rated stain and urethane adding life and longevity saving the client from having to do a replacement. 

First project I completed with my CNC for my son that was always wanting to help out in the kitchen. Has an adjustable platform to grow with your kids. 3/4" Baltic Plywood was able to hold my weight at 230lbs. 

Once a year I typically make and sell a variety of planter boxes that are a variety of shapes, sizes, and heights. Made from actual cedar, not the pressure treated pickets that many use so no fears of chemicals leeching into the soil. 

Oversized doghouse made from pine, stained then sealed with 5 coats of urethane. Cedar chip bedding with CNC cut lettering from 3/4" material. Standard roof shingles to shed water off the top and a vent under neath shingles overhang to help air flow. Toy box has spring door stops on it, was a viral item from Tiktok one year. 

2 person outdoor wooden bench with center storage, bottle opener, and build in cup holders.

Wooden lanterns, Toddler Stands, Letters, Growth Charts, Cinderella Carriages for Birthday party and more. 

Custom growth charts - stains, paints, names, and messages on growth charts. Included a key hole mounting routed into the back so it buyer can just measure to 6ft, put in anchor / toggle bolt and measurements would be spot on with chart tight to wall. 

Made nice cordless tool holders from Baltic Birch plywood that could hang on a french cleat. Expanded into sanding disc holder as well as the variety packs were filling up all the flat spaces around the shop. Then expanded into making a flip cart, clamp rack, rolling work bench, and a series of miter saw cabinets / drawers /  stations. 

Bench came to me in a pile, all the wood long rotten and useless. Metal covered in rust. Removed all the rust, cut custom boards for each segment then stained Jacobean and 5 coats of urethane for protection from sun and rain.
