Organizing Sandpaper!

Finally started putting the CNC to some use in the new shop in Dallas Georgia! Made an organizer for sandpaper discs that can hang on the wall! Check out the videos and toss me a sub if you want more content!

As we continue to grow and learn in this maker's space for wood working. I cannot overstate how much organizing my tools and equipment has started to help. Before making these I had bins stacked on top of each other, every flat surface covered in some mess. It made it difficult to get into the wood shop and actually get work done. If you guys are new or old in this I highly recommend to try and build your skills with shop furniture and organizers first so it helps later.

The amount of time I needed a different grit of sand paper or a new disc and had to go hunt it down....now that its over I have so much more time to put towards completing projects.

You can see the finished product here, all but the top and bottom shelf are removable so you can adjust as needed to fit your need!

I used the CNC, brad nails, and glue with 3/4" baltic birch plywood to build this. It could be down with a saw and router but would take a lot more time. I cut the slots at 1/4" and used 1/4" wood for the removable shelves.
